Cream Cheese Stuffed Dates


Ingredients:

  • One bag of Double Dates

  • Cream Cheese

  • Almonds (one almond per date)

Step 1:

"Butterfly" the dates, making sure that they are still attached along one side, spread the dates open and fill with a generous amount of cream cheese.

Step 2:

Place one almond per date over cream cheese filling.

Step 3:

Close the date, shaping it back as close to its original shape.
